Care Instructions
Remember
strollers aren't indestructible, anything with moving parts
may need a little lubrication from time to time; much like
your car will, and your stroller is no different.
Wheels
and brakes need regular maintenance. If squeaky brake wires
and wheels call out for a little lubricant - use one that
is silicone based or other plastic-friendly grease.
Lubricating
your wheels: Don't use olive oil or grease gun on the wheels,
you'll be sorry and you'll void the warranty! Use a silicone
spray and spray directly on to the axle; do this every 3 months
or so and it will be smooth running.
Top tip:
Avoid using lubricants like WD40® or CRC® as these
can attract dirt and grime, in turn clogging up the area and
may cause further issues.
If the
stroller is used in exposed environments such as salt water,
salt spray or beach sand you will need to wash any steel parts
of the stroller. You can do this by hosing the stroller or
using warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly and protect by spraying
with light aerosol can oil - eg. silicone based lubricant
or household Vaseline which will repel dirt and grime.
